To download a podcast you need some software. We recommend iTunes because it's FREE for PC and Mac, it's also very easy to use. You will also have the benefit of being able to view images, text and web-links in the podcast.

Download iTunes - FREE for PC and Mac OSX

Install iTunes on your machine
Step 3
Click on the link to download your podcast. This will launch iTunes and the podcast will begin to download

As seen below, iTunes will begin downloading the latest episode of the Podcast. This may take several minutes depending on the speed of your connection
Step 5
Here you can see that we have downloaded the CIEH North East Region Podcast. The latest episode has been downloaded. The earlier episodes are greyed out. You can download these episodes by clicking the GET button
Step 6
Double click on any downloaded podcast to begin playback. Playback can be paused by using the play button (1). You can view images, web-links and text in the podcast by opening the Image Viewer in iTunes (3)
You can skip to various chapters in the podcast by using the Chapter Selection Menu (2). To download more podcasts on all kinds of subjects click the Podcast Directory Link (4) to go to iTunes Music Store. Podcasts are FREE to download.
